Investigating the way forward to end gender inequality and Gender Based Violence (GBV) in Pakistan

i. Development of tools of data collection,

ii. data validation,

v. data analysis, interpretation and vi. Result oriented report-suggesting reforms.

Studying life-cycle of five categories of civil cases and identifying the bottlenecks hindering the expeditious dispensation of justice in District Muzaffargarh Punjab

i. Selection of 50 files of 5 categories of old civil cases,

ii. identification of gaps in the process,

iii. workshops and interview with judges/lawyers to simulate the case process for expeditious disposal,

iv. consolidation and compilation of bottlenecks and reasons,

Reducing Domestic violence against women and girls in Humanitarians settings through legal awareness and effective referral mechanism in Dadu District.

Total: Rs.2,455,000/- with NGO share of Rs.456,000/-

For 12 months

i. Data collection on GBV cases,

ii. Three days TOT workshop on the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act 2013 for 30 women and men community activists,

iii. referral mechanism for complaint redressal

iv. awareness sessions about the Act 2013, and

v. IEC material and dissemination

vi. Final report.
